Makefile.win: Added support for util.windows, improved cleanup of temporary files, switched to dynamic linking with MSVCRT, etc.
The easiest way to install dependencies is using the luarocks tool. Rocks: luaexpat luasocket Non-rocks: LuaSec for SSL connections
