Relocate presence broadcast to core_handle_stanza()
which is for processing stanzas that the server must handle (not route)
The easiest way to install dependencies is using the luarocks tool. Rocks: luaexpat luasocket lbase64 Non-rocks: LuaSec for SSL connections
